Shipping Information

We've tried to make Shipping & Handling of your products as transparent and simple to understand as possible. As such we have a 2 tiered pricing structure, and also a local pickup option if you are on the Sunshine Coast QLD - outlined below:

- Local Pickup from Coes Creek (Nambour), Sunshine Coast QLD - FREE

- Regular Post - (untracked) - $9.95

- Express Postage - (tracked) - $14.95


** Shipping Pricing will be clearly displayed at Checkout, and prior to any purchase.

FAQ's

Does your jewellery come with a Warranty?

Yes - all of our jewellery come with a standard 90 day Warranty. This is to cover against manufacturing defects or faults (so does not cover for neglect or standard wear and tear). You can read more HERE.

What happens if we change our mind about our purchased jewellery?

We do offer a 7 day "change of mind" policy - again, relevant detail HERE and any cost to return goods must be covered by the purchaser.  

Do you have a gift wrapping service?

We certainly do - in fact our jewellery is the PERFECT gift! 
To take advantage of our gift wrap and personalised card service just add to your Cart or Checkout. Our gift wrapping is eco-friendly.

How do I look after my jewellery?

To assist with this question we've actually compiled a brief guide HERE.

What if my jewellery breaks?

This sometimes happens unfortunately - if it's outside of our Warranty period then we can certainly look at repairing or restringing your item. A cost applies for this service ,and we are happy to quote once we know what's damaged.

Do you teach jewellery making?

You bet! We host a range of DIY classes on creating your own jewellery and macrame pieces. 
Workshops for aduts and kids alike.
Our place or yours (*local to the Sunshine Coast) - if you'd like to discuss getting a group together and organise a workshop please get in touch. 
Fun filled and educational - they make a great afternoon with friends, we've even hosted some wine-friendly events!

Do you have a local pickup option?

Yes. If you are local to the Sunshine Coast, QLD you are more than welcome to organise collection of your purchase. Full details are provided upon Checkout. We are local to the Nambour area. 

Do you make custom orders?

Yes we do. If you've seen something you like (online or in person) then please get in touch to discuss whether this is a design we can replicate. Photos are best, along with any specific gemstones or adornments you are after. And also preferred sizing. 
We will be able to provide a quote for your acceptance.
