Yes. Every Soulful Stones piece is handcrafted by me, one at a time, using traditional macramé techniques and carefully selected natural gemstones. Because of this, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the photos shown.
I use natural gemstones, high-quality waxed polyester cord (chosen for strength and durability), and metal components such as sterling silver, Hill Tribe silver, stainless steel, or brass, depending on the design.

Due to the natural variations in gemstones, no two stones are ever the same. Your piece will be very similar to the one pictured, but markings, colour tones, and patterns may vary slightly — this is part of the beauty of working with natural materials.
Most necklaces, bracelets, and anklets are designed with adjustable sliding knot closures so you can customise the fit. Specific sizing details are included on each product listing.
Yes, I do offer custom pieces, which are created in collaboration with you, based on stone choice, colours, and overall feel.
Please note that custom pieces are made especially for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals
Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
Store in a dry place when not being worn
While the cord used is water-resistant, gentle care will extend the life of your piece.
If your jewellery is damaged due to a fault in workmanship, please contact me within 90 days of purchase and I’ll be happy to assess it.
Wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered but may be repairable for a small fee — just reach out to discuss.
Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of Soulful Stones jewellery, I do not accept returns for change of mind.
