Custom orders allow you to co-create a Soulful Stones piece that feels uniquely yours — guided by the crystals, colours, and meaning you’re drawn to.
Every custom piece is handcrafted slowly and with care, honouring the same thoughtful process behind all Soulful Stones jewellery.
While every effort is made to honour your vision, I allow space for the design to unfold naturally through the making process. This ensures the finished piece remains true to the Soulful Stones aesthetic.
At the enquiry stage, I encourage you to upload a photo for inspiration. So if you’ve seen something on my website or over on my social media, feel free to take a screenshot and pop it in your enquiry.
Timeframe
Custom orders are made to order and typically take 2 - 6weeks to complete, depending on design complexity and current workload.
If you’re working to a particular timeframe, please mention this in your enquiry and I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible.
A Gentle Note Before You Begin
To begin a custom order, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit secures your place and covers initial design time, discussions and planning, and is non-refundable. An invoice will be emailed to you once I receive your custom order enquiry and we have discussed the initial idea.
Custom pieces are thoughtfully made to order, and final pricing can vary depending on the crystal chosen and the complexity of the design. For this reason, pricing is confirmed once design details have been discussed. I can usually offer a rough estimate at this point though.
Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.

The Custom Order Process
Once your deposit has been received, I’ll be in touch via email to talk through crystal options, colours, and any design details you’re drawn to.
When everything feels aligned and you’re happy to proceed, the remaining balance will be invoiced and I’ll begin creating your piece.
If a crystal needs to be specially ordered, please allow additional time for it to arrive - in some cases, this may take a few weeks.
